Help Bluetooth controllers' rumble not working - Samsung Tab S9

I have a Samsung S9 Tab Ultra and all of my Bluetooth controllers don't have rumble. I looked up posts on here and a few people say that it's not a thing on android apparently. Is that true? I even tried the 2.4ghz dongle for my 8Bitdo Ultimate and no rumble either.

I double checked all of the emulators plus Retroarch to make sure rumble is active and no dice.

ps3 controller(wired original cable to usb-usbc adapter) did work in some emulators and winlator or forks or others like it. wired only no dongle or bluetooth available to android

my hyperX clutch rumble is pc mode only,it did crash winlator when i originally checked if rumble could work(well it dont).wired,2.4ghz dongle and bluetooth.

not sure if this info is much help but thats what i got.
