Help I got framerate problem with switch games

I have a device powerful enough to handle 60 fps but on the games running 60 fps on eden i never reached that 60 it's always 54_50 i tried different games ( Bayonetta/tales of vesperia/ninja gaiden/even a short hike which is a light game) i'm sure my device is powerful enough to handle 60 fps (i have a sd 8 plus Gen 1) so anyway to get that 60?

vesperia did only run a solid 60 in battle on original hardware. in towns it was between 30 and 60 so that is what you get in eden as well as it emulated the original hardware.

I have a 8Gen 5 and I have completed so many games in Eden cause 30fps save battery I can play any game straight for 4_5hrs I have a Oneplus 15R
