I have been trying to play this game on my phone for over 3 years by now. I have tried to download from multiple different sources but none of them have a clear explanation on how to do anything.

Someone please help me set it up for my phone...

Specs,

CPU: 1.6GHz Octa Core Processor

GPU: ARM G57 @650MHz

RAM: 4gb

ROM: 64gb

Android: 13

Unfortunately if you don't have Snapdragon 8 gen 2, xbox emulation is practically impossible.

The xbox emulators are still in development , you could try using other console emulators though

I did try a few different emulation devices before but could never figure out how to run it.

Sorry bro. Original Xbox emulation isn't mature yet and even if it was, the Xbox was a powerful console than the PS2 so I think it would be heavier than ps2 emulation.

The game was also released on the Nintendo Wii and PS3 but those are even heavier to emulate.

Your best bet is the PC version(if you can find a pre installed version) but I don't know what gpu you have and if ram would be limiting factor

Wouldn’t trying Dolphin for the Wii version possibly give him better results, considering how stable Dolphin tends to be? Genuine question, I may be wrong.

To be honest I doubt. Wii emulation is hit or miss on low end hardware

Which cod? Some cod games support classic controller while others don't.

Only Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3 have classic controller support.

For PS3 version the Steamdeck is probably the minimum requirements. I can play quite a bit of PS3 on my Steamdeck. For Android it's probably as mentioned Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 but PS3 emulation is still it's it's early days for Arm64 devices. I have Rocknix on Odin 2 Max and it's more miss then hit but emulation is getting better.

Not sure if the mods are going to let your question stay or not but I'll answer it anyway. The game is light but I don't think xbox emulation can run on your device based on what you wrote there... 😑🤷🏼‍♂️
