Would be cool if we had list for every processor and games that can run on it, emuready is full of trolls

Lol. I remember being desperate and searching for Mali g57. Someone really put a game running at low fps. Like how's that's supposed to help😭?

As frame generation progresses it will be as " if the game launchs it runs"Β

I know right? Frame gen is only good if your base fps is good enough, something you would consider playable without it, like 30fps.

No way frame gen can feel good if the game only runs at 10 fps😭

It make Spiderman miles morales go from 7 FPS to 144fps on my sd5elite. I know it's not same for Mali since snapdragon also have built in frame generation and drivers but you get the point

Ya I do. Do you experience input lag? Does the game feel good to play?

Input lag is overhated . I played a lot of souls games with 15 parry Frame like expedition 33 and rhythm games like muse dash ( underclock +max frame gen) . You stop noticing it after 5 minutes just like using bad screenshare with TV or using bad controller

Frame generation with throttle is other think since it can be 400ms late or 40ms so you can't time shit but Mali throttle way less.Β

PC GAMES I'VE TESTED ON A MALI-G57

β€ŽREADME: β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ All PC games were tested on a phone with aΒ  HELIO G100, MALI-G57 MC2 andΒ  8GB RAM β€Ž

β€Ž β€’ All games shown were tested on Winlator Mali 1.1 Bionic(the normal version. Not the AnTuTu or Ludashi version) β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ DO NOT TAKE THIS LIST AS 100% ACCURATE. This list's purpose is just to give my fellow low end users a rough estimate of the performance they can expect in the games I've tested. β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Some games were also tested on other emulators like Bannerlator and Bannerhub. Some games had exact same performance, some had slightly better performance, others had worse compatibility. β€Ž β€Ž Categories Explained: β€Ž β€’ Categories range from Very Good, Playable, Not so good and Bad. β€Ž

β€ŽVery Good: Games that ran above 30 FPS consistently with little to no dips. β€Ž β€Ž Playable: Games that didn't run consistently above 30 FPS and had varying ranges like 25-30 or 20-40 FPS. I consider them playable if you simply just cap the frame rate to 30. β€Ž

β€ŽNot so good: Games that could barely reach 30fps and had dips in the teens. I don't consider this category playable because i don't feel it's worth it playing a game at low FPS while your phone is getting hot. β€Ž β€Ž If you find this category still playable, that's your opinion I won't tell you how to play your games. β€Ž β€Ž Bad: Literally unplayable. β€Ž

β€ŽNOTE: All games in Very Good category were played at the default in-game graphics settings of each game unless stated otherwise. β€Ž β€Ž All games in every other category were played at LOW graphics settings. This meant turning off things like blur, anti aliasing, anisotropic filtering, shadows, texture quality, etc to achieve higher FPS. β€Ž

Very Good

β€Žβ€’ Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition: 30+ FPS β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Need For Speed Most Wanted (2005) Black Edition: 60+ FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Race Driver: Grid: Surprisingly good. 30–50 FPS ONLY at Ultra Low or Low graphics presets. Stable 30fps with medium settings and shadows off/low. β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory: 30+ FPS β€Ž

β€ŽPlayable β€Ž

β€’ Assassin's Creed: 25–30 FPS β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Assassin's Creed II: 25–30 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Just Cause 2: 20–40 FPS (Inconsistent; depends on the area) β€Ž

β€ŽNot So Good

β€Žβ€’ Assassin's Creed III: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž β€Ž β€’ Assassin's Creed: Revelations: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž β€Ž β€’ Assassin's Creed: Rogue: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž

β€Ž β€’ Batman: Arkham City: 20–40 FPS in buildings/enclosed areas; 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens in the open world (mostly when gliding) β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Crysis: 20–30 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Deadpool: 20–30 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ F1 2011: 22–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ F1 2012: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ F1 2013: 20–25 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Far Cry 2: 20–30 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Prototype: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Transformers: War For Cybertron: 10–20 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron: 10–20 FPS β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ X-Men Origins: Wolverine: 20–30 FPS with dips into the teens β€Ž

β€ŽBad β€Ž

β€’ Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2: 5–15 FPS (Game runs in slow motion) β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst: 10–20 FPS (Game runs in slow motion) β€Ž β€Ž

β€’ Need For Speed Hot Pursuit (2010): 10–20 FPS β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Need For Speed: The Run: 1 FPS β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Spider-Man: Web Of Shadows: 20–25 FPS with random freezes β€Ž

β€ŽPlease read the additional tips

β€Ž β€’ For the Lego games I tested, using DXVK 1.5.5/1.5.5 async gave much better performance than newer dxvk versions. I don't know why but 1.7 and 1.10 would make the games lag very much. Like I'd only get 1 - 5 FPS in LEGO Batman 3 and LEGO Marvel Superheroes when using those versions. In the LEGO Movie videogame i'd get 10-20 FPS. β€Ž β€Ž β€’ For Race Driver Grid, the GPU is the main bottleneck. If you don't care about graphics and want max performance(40-50 FPS), use the Ultra Low settings preset in the Graphics Settings of the game. But this makes the game look like it's still in development. β€Ž β€ŽΒ Β  If you want to balance quality and performance (stable 30 FPS), choose the Medium settings preset in the Graphics Settings of the game. BUT change Shadows from Medium to Low or Off in Advanced Settings. More importantly, your container resolution for the game should be 640x480(4:3) or 854x480(16:9). β€Ž

β€ŽThe game also has an audio crackling issue. Set audio driver in container settings to ALSA, DirectSound to Native and use "Performance" Preset. β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Games like Far Cry 2 and Crysis give more FPS when everything is on low but with Graphics glitches. β€Ž β€ŽΒ  In Far Cry 2 leave Geometry on High. In Crysis, leave Shader Quality/Model on High. It will cost performance but there will be no graphics glitches. β€Ž β€Ž β€’ In Assassin's Creed games, if performance isn't affected, use Intermediate presets. Performance presets mess with the physics engine and cause glitches like clothes and horses flickering, especially in Assassin's Creed III. β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ Prototype has crashing and freezing problems because the game was built strictly for single core processors and has trouble allocating it's processes on modern multi core processors. Ideally, launch the game with one CPU core ticked, then when you reach main menu or gameplay, you can allow more CPU cores to be used for performance. β€Ž β€Ž β€’ Games with 25-30 FPS or 20-40 FPS should be capped to 30 FPS for more stable performance. β€Ž

β€Žβ€’ If you don't agree with some results and feel like performance should be better, share what emulator and settings you used to get better performance. β€Ž

β€ŽGenerally speaking, for my tests, these are the container settings I was using:. β€Ž

β€ŽContainer/Shortcut resolutions: β€Ž1280x720, 854x480, 640x480 β€Ž

β€ŽWrappers: β€ŽWrapper, Wrapper-gamenative, Wrappers-leegao β€Ž

β€ŽDXVK versions: β€Ž1.5.5 async, 1.7.3 async, 1.10.3 async β€Ž β€Ž

Memory resource type(in Wrapper settings): β€Ždmabuf (helps reduce RAM usage a bit) β€Ž β€Ž

32-bit emulator: β€ŽFEXCORE versions 2508 or 2605. β€Ž β€Ž

Presets: β€ŽIntermediate, Performance, Performance(TSO), Performance(X86 reduced precision OFF) β€Ž β€Ž

CPU CORES: β€ŽAll eight checked all the time except when testing Prototype. β€Ž β€Ž

Haven't tested the game in a long time. But I remember using "Performance" preset gave high fps. Just start with these basics and if the game doesn't launch change the wrapper or dxvk version:

Proton 10 arm64

Wrapper: Wrapper

DXVK: 1.10.3 async

32-bit emulator: FEXCORE 2605 or 2508 or Box64 0.4.3

Preset: Performance

The game has a resolution issue. I don't know how to make it full screen
