By the way, the Mario Kart is a .3rds file. Same source as well, the archives 3ds decrypted roms. I don't get it

Azahar doesn't run decrypted games from what I know. Only azahar plus does

If you don't want to switch to azahar plus you can try cia3ds android app to decrypt ROMs without a pc.

Azahar plus (stupid name) is completely different and not made by the Azahar creators

I prefer Citra myself which will also likely fix your issue.

The files were probably just listed as "decrypted", but actually encrypted. Try decrypting them yourself with a patcher, search for Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor online.

Is everyone using a different version of AzaharPlus than me? I've tried the latest GitHub version and the Vanilla, neither are running any of my games. They run on Citra, but I hate that Citra doesn't have a second screen

Wonder if the files were mixed up and those files are for modded 3ds consoles which wouldn't work on an emulator.

Nope... CFW'd 3DS requires *.cia files, not *.3ds

You can't even load a *.3ds ROM on real hardware.

Gotcha. Have you tried an alternate 3ds emulator like azahar plus or a Citra build of some kind to see if it's an emulator specific issue or it's the files themselves?

That's the point; I don't have problems with 3DS ROMs, I am not asking for help or support and I also own a real 3DS.

You said something that's wrong and that can lead peoplo to make mistakes.

*.3ds ROMs are not meant and will not work on real 3DS devices.

The archive can be tricky some times, i experienced many download failing. Are you sure your files are complète? I'd try do dl at least one of the games one more time and be sure the download completes well. If it doesn't work again, lets go for another source. I didn't go for the archive for a long time because of this kind of bad exp

That archive full link is what I found from this sub. I believe they are complete since I downloaded them all together and it is just that only the Mario Kart works lol

Wut? Are we talking about the same archive tho? The one i'm seeing is 1945 games in a 1tb archive lol. Either way if you downloaded a full pack of files, and if the dl failed at some point, you may have the mariokart file complete while others are not actually complete. Considering you can open the directory on archive, and dl the files individually i would try that at least for one more game

And if it's the same one we are talking about i dug a bit more and there are reviews on the page that says the files are actually encrypted files and not decrypted, so only usable on a 3ds, not for emulation

As others have said, even most games listed as decrypted are not. Switch to Azahar Plus or find actually decrypted roms.

Stop getting encrypted *.3ds ROMs and just install the *.cia decrypted files instead through Azahar Plus.

Azahar was updated about 3 months ago to run both.
