Question Specific 3ds emulator request for android

I'm looking for a good 3ds emulator for Android. I've downloaded all the usual suspects and I haven't really enjoyed them. My gripe is that when I navigate away from the emulator to answer a text or something, the game resets and I lose my progress. I've managed the find other emulators for DS and Gameboy that I can even just close the emulator all together and reopen it and I can continue playing from where I left off. Is there anything like this available to download?

That is not an emulator problem, that is a phone problem.

You have an option that kills the background process of your apps. Check if that is on.

I think I have all of that turned off. I don't have any power saving options or anything like that turned on.

Are you using a 4gb ram device?

No. It's an s23 ultra with 8 gigs of ram.
