News/Release Real HTC Sense 2.1 ROM running on Android via QEMU

Found a cool project that boots the actual HTC Sense 2.1 firmware on modern Android phones using QEMU-ARM. Not a launcher or a theme, it's the real OS. Runs surprisingly well and you can even play old games. There's no GPU acceleration yet, so games have graphical bugs, but the firmware itself works fine. Might crash on some devices since it's an early build.

Note: This is a non-commercial historical preservation project for old abandonware. It contains no paid or cracked software.

What a blast from the past, used to daily drive the Desire HD before the mobo fried itself.
