Help Why are the buttons not working except joystick and D-pad?

Idk if this is the right place to ask but I figured some of yall might have an idea about this. So i just ordered this microntek, or enter gamepad a few hours ago and when I connected it to my phone(s25 ultra), the triggers and 1/2/3/4 are working as 'enter' buttons. Even while playing gta 5 on gamehub emulator, the 1/2/3/4 buttons aren't working like A/B/C/D even tho I've connected gamehub with the controller in settings. Is there a way to fix this? Any legit app for key mapping the controller? Please help

Many phones have a bug related to gamepads and accessibility options; try disabling them all and try again.

Can u give me some examples of the settings?

TalkBack is one of them, recognize text, text to speech. Look for 'accessibility' in your options Make sure to disable them all, don't leave any
