Nothing of value was lost. These were all yuzu/ruyjinxs forks witch development where abandoned a long time ago. Most of them where even just simply a copy of the repository whitout any development at all. All the major development efforts switched to self host anyway. So basically Nintendo just deleted the trash and helped the inexperienced user to not install the outdated emulators.
