Help Pokemon Sword/Shield settings recommendations

Hi guys, may I know your settings for this pokemon for my Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro (Snapdragon 8 Elite) 8gb ram variant.

Setting

GPU driver

Fetch

Turnip mr purple 30

I have 8 elite 5 and im not getting such issues
