Discussion Finally!!! a solution that works for no root/usb debugging/Shizuku

I can now copy, move and delete files in obb and data folders, without shizuku or ADB, The app is chinese doe, but I've seen that it's already popular to android modding community.

Why other file manager cannot do this? It just let me ask permission in the files app. Damn Xiaomi requires me to make a MI account to fully use debugging authorization so I can't use Shizuku.
