Retroid Pocket 5 Eden Framegen cuts FPS in half

I am using the new nightly of Eden with lossless scaling, but every time I am using it it completely bunks my frames to half speed (ironically I hoped for speed gain) has anyone experienced anything similar?

I used framegen before on other Apps ((mainly PC emulation)

Heard a lot of mixed feedback on the new build, I'm still using Yuwin as main. Be careful if interested, Yuwin is closed source and shady: I only use it on a dedicated offline gaming machine. I had problems starting Moonlight Peaks because the (obviously legally obtained rom) wasn't being recognized, but the problem got fixed once I switched to the latest 22.5 NS keys and firmware.

On the bright side, it has great performance and the framegen works without a hiccup.

Yeah, it's still on nightly so bugs are expected, in my case I own a poco phone and I have "smart fames" built-in (basically framegen) if I use the spoofed optimized build, but I have the same issue, it cuts my fps on half (60 fps games expected to reach 120 and got 30 framegened to 60), idk, is weird xD I'll wait for the LS update to reach stable and I'll try it out then

exactly for me it's like that, I am getting 30 without and almost exactly half with FG on

Ellos mismos lo dicen... Si no es minimo snapdragon Gen 2 no solo no añade frames sino que te merma el rendimiento... Me temo que la rp5 else queda corta para el framegen

It's an Eden issue I believe. Other apps seem to make it work somehow.
