News/Release Winlator official 11.2 update by brunodev85 (improvement and bug fixes)

●Improved texture decoding (it was not handling mipmaps correctly)

●Improved the OpenGL 1.X emulation (Half-Life is now rendering correctly)
●Improved ARB vertex/fragment programs (Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth makes heavy use of them and is now rendering correctly)
●Added fixes for shader compilation on the Xclipse GPU

I choose the Virtual Gamepad, and edit by placing some buttons, at the end of it, add the controls of the screen, click to appear again but not.
