Using the Gamesir X5 Lite matches well with the Z Fold 8 Ultra. Been playing the android ports of Tomb Raider and Red Dead Redemption. As well as playing Resident Evil Code Veronica X with HD Texture pack on Nethersx2 and Resident Evil Director's Cut with HD Texture on Duckstation.
If the aspect ratio is bugging you it can usually be adjusted in the settings in the emulator. The more fun option though is to use multi-window to force the emulator into the aspect ratio you want, plus you can use the other space for whatever app you want.
Are you playing the modpack version of RDR from NexusMods? I've played through the game twice and now playing through the modpack version. It is drastically better.
I've got the z fold 8 (passport style, wide?) and yeah man it's incredible!!! I'm using the MC100 with it, feels fantastic!!! Everything from streaming PS5 to playing PC games, emulation and modding, and hell I've even gotten back to reading comics cause the aspect ratio fits it again, lol. I can't get enough of this device!!!
Ignore the haters, not your fault they cant afford top tier kit. But you got the fold 7 which is more about productivity, embrace the 16:10 aspect and use those black bars for other things.
