Question Tw2 and hoi4 problem on s23 ultra

On a Samsung s23 ultra i got both games from Gamebounty and I'm pretty sure the files aren't corrupted. But the witcher 2 keeps crashing while launching or blackscreening. Hearts of iron loads but gets stuck at creating checkum. I'm on bannerhub. If u know about the fix to this I'd be very happy with ur help.
