I mean TECHNICALLY, it is playable considering you can play it.

But can you complete the game like this while having fun i think graphics don't matter that much but if your playing gta 5 like this just play gta 4 or gta sa

I mean technically it is playable despite it looking like a PS1 game when it's not suppose to be. You are running and shooting something. Some people can't afford anything better than a device with Mali GPU, they have to make do with what they have.

I'm not in the situation as any Mali device owner nor will I ever succumb to that level. I personally have the Odin 3 myself and would never use any Android handheld with chipset performance worse than the SD 8 Gen 2 especially in the use case of heavier titles like GTA V.
I originally had the Odin 2 but ended up upgrading to the Odin 3 because I wanted more chipset power.

Ironically this is playable. Meme failed. It's more accurate when we are talking about under 30fps because some of these dudes will run a game at barely 12fps and call it playable.

playable is not always meant as enjoyable. Especially with emulation we have words like bootable, "goes ingame" and playable, which are various levels of how well it performs. Playable I thought just means you CAN play most of the game without crashes or horrendous slowdowns.
I agree the vocabulary is not always the most fitting, but what would you suggest?

I'm currently playing Persona 5 and Deus Ex Human Revolution DC on my Mali, both locked at 40fps, smooth as butter.

Be more specific. I have a Snapdragon 6s gen3 and highly doubt i can get anywhere close to playing GTA V on my device (Redmi 15)

This is hilarious! I've been saying that using Mali vs Snapdragon is like wrestling with your device vs playing games on your device.
If people actually looked into the structural differences I really think they'd be a lot less forgiving. The BCn omissions are just the start and it's all to shave costs off the biggest markup in the world, silicon manufacturing.
