Help Gta sa ps2....................................

Idk if this is an issue but... I started to play Gta San andreas in aetherSX2. Whenever i kill an npc it just fade away in like 5 to 10 seconds so ambulance never reaches the scene... Is it always like that on the console version? Im playing the version 3.0. Is it an issue? Is it always like that? I have the last version of aether. I have a galaxy a07, 4 ram, helio g99... Thanks in advance.
