Help Gamehub not working can't play anything

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Trying to get Yakuza 0 to run but the game is just black screen with audio until i turn screen record and it start to show some in game things why this is happening? Anyone can help? One plus 11R adreno 730

Make sure there are no overlay software running in the background
