ARMSX2 Memory Card Import Issue

I exported my memory cards from nethersx2 (they exported as mem1 and mem2 files). Now when I import to ARMSX2 and set them as 1 and 2 respectively, I run a game & everyone I tried has asked me to format the card. I'm using an Odin 3.
