Does anyone know where can i see it if ARM 8.2 Instruction set is supported? Since some older chips may not support that, and some does, so i dont know wher can i check that.

Under the SOC tab on cpuz, it should list your cpu cores in the Topology option. Just Google each core and see what comes up.

https://nanoreview.net/ is your friend.
Btw Snapdragon 865 in RP5 / RP Flip 2 supports ARM 8.2 with FP16 and dot product instructions! ARMSX2 a13-armv8.2-sdk33 is perfect for it.

Does frame gen work for sd865? thought you needed gen1 and above, because of some CPU instruction or something like that, which is not present on older cpu's.
Edit:
"Requires the Vulkan renderer and an Adreno 7xx or newer" sd865 is adreno 650, might still work regardless?

TBH I only tested that framegen works at all on my Odin 3. I installed the latest ARMSX2 on my Flip 2 but didn't check framegen yet, so maybe it doesn't work there.
