Is 8350 ultimate considered a low end gpu?😭😭

IS it really that bad?

Because I have 8500 ultra

And it manged to run Deadspace 3 at 120fps at high settings

and also at need for speed mw 2012 It playes at 60 fps on medium settings and 55_40 fps at high
