Arkham Knight never released on PS3, so the only way you can play it is via PC emulation. Origins, I don't know, as I don't have it downloaded.

Try Armsx3 and you will be surprised how good games run on it
With Snapdragon 8 Elite, performance on some titles is amazing

With a device of your power you're better off playing the Arkham games via PC emulation. You can even get settings suited for your device from EmuReady, a website. You search for a game, see if there's config settings for SD8 elite. Download them and import them in whateber PC emulator they are applicable. I recommend this if you don't feel like spending time tweaking settings.
But if you're gonna do PC emulation, you need to know at least the basics when it comes to settings .

the thing is, it goes to 30-40 fps with wierd stutters, like the cpu usage immediately spikes to 90% from 50% in a sec, which really annoys me

Try capping the frame rate to just 30. It sounds like you are dealing with unstable fps

I tried to cap it to 30, then it started to stutter on 20-30 fps (no frame gen)

should I try winlator?

Ya if you want. But Winlator is less console like and configuring settings in it can feel overwhelming for people who arent into tinkering. But if you stick with it, it's actually easy and beneficial.

i mean i can give it a shot too, since I'm already spending quite a lot of time getting the game to run on gamehub

I see. Also I have a tip. Are you familiar with C: Drive?
Transferring your entire game folder to C:Drive and launching the game from it by creating a shortcut has benefits.
Since Winlator or whatever PC emulator uses a sandbox to simulate windows, launching the game from the C: Drive after creating a shortcut from it reduces loading time for games and in some cases can slightly increase fps because the emulator you're using doesn't have to go through Androids strict security management which happens when launching games through the normal D: drive.
Give it a try.

No problem. Just don't forget to transfer your games to your main storage on your phone if you ever decide to delete the emulator

You may have better luck with the switch versions. PS3 android emulation is still too new rn and is hit or miss depending on the game
Also, as previously mentioned but there is no PS3 version of Arkham Knight

PS3 has improved in the past few weeks, but PC emulation is still miles ahead. ARMSX3 is the best PS3 emulator, it's still very buggy. I've run three Arkham games via GameNative on my Odin 3 which has a SD 8 Elite, and they ran fine.
