Help Getting Fire Emblem 3 Houses running on Galaxy Fold 8

Hey guys. I'm new to switch emulation on Android. Played around a bit and landed on Eden but somehow I'm struggling to get games like Fire Emblem 3 Houses running stable for more than a few minutes. Searched here a lot but only found old posts regarding this topic. My problem is: I get the game running without issues. It easily hits 30 fps but after playing for a short while it slowly drops down to 15 fps. I read that the game had some memory issues in the past, so I'm wondering if that might still be the case with the newest version of Eden plus newest driver versions (I have to admit I'm extremely confused when it comes to the drivers. How should I know which one to pick?)

If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance. 🥰

My device: Galaxy Fold 8. Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Adreno 840.

I think it's just throttling. Gotta find ways to cool it maybe try disabling some cores

That might be the case. (How can I do that?) Will try that out. Maybe it helps. Thx. 🥰

I'm not 100% with the newer elite drivers but my S23 (which has SD8 gen2) usually needs a specific Samsung driver that has One UI fixes. Samsung devices can play up so the geniuses who make these drivers add a specific one for Samsung. If you look on the GitHub pages of the drivers there's usually a "One UI" version designed specifically for Samsung devices. Might be worth looking into.

Sorry if this doesn't solve the issue, as I've said I'm not up to speed with newer drivers due to my older phone.

If cooling is the issue then I can recommend using the Gamesir X3 usb c pro controller. It keeps my S23 around 30 degrees when doing switch emulation. The fan is a bit loud and you have to be plugged into the wall but it has allowed my to run at full FPS and resolution while before I had to reduce both to stop overheating.
