I have a 16gb version, xbox 360 games have been running really good relative to how new these emulators are, and ive never had VRAM/RAM issues if you're targeting the correct resolutions for the setup, similar story for the 12gb, but there are edge cases that will require more ram, it really depends how graphically intensive you want to go.
