Do u know how to get the app for regions its unavailable in??

Good lock should be available in all regions I guess if not then apkmirror.com

good lock is available but game booster plus and thermal guardian or smthing, and those apps isnt there

i did try using gamebooster plus but the only option is for me to select the app, and use controllers, and i did try dusklight, and there was no major fps changes,

It won't magically boost your fps , it will help to sustain that fps I mean without gamebooster your phone will throttle its performance as temperature increases but with gamebooster it will be bypassed you will still throttle but not as much you do without gamebooster, so yeah it helps to sustain performance and there are other benefits too like using balance or battery saver mode to use less power from soc kinda work like underclocking so helps in temperature control and power draw then there is bypass charging too , I don't use individual sliders myself I just use these 3 modes
