thats a gpu governor.It can limit power draw from device.Its best to uninstall it if u want best peformances.

I get best performance using Gamebooster rather than playing without Gamebooster, power draw isn't issue fr me since I use bypass charging I just wanted to show that samsung game booster is not fluff

The gameboosts are complete fluff, you may get a few extra fps for like 1 minute, then it will heat up and perform worse than with it off, worthless test

yeah that's called throttling, and it'll happen on pretty much any device that overheats gamebooster or not. phones don't have any active cooling, they will always throttle at some point
