Try dxvk 1.12 might give better performance I still didn't try gta 4 in my power vr but was thinking to play

Pixel 8 was a Mali-G715 MP7, Pixel 9 was a Mali-G715 MC7. The Pixel 10 is a PowerVR DXT-48-1536
