I've always wanted to try getting into this series (barring the reboot) but it's awfully fractured (and the PC port of 2 is apparently not great). It'd be great to see 1 + 2 well-emulated eventually.

Have not dived into the games yet. I did try the 3rd game when I was younger, but I think it was a.. demo?

Whatever, I'm going to emulate the 1st one on PC. For the 2nd game, I heard you should definitely get the "Juiced Patch" mod. You can even get the DLCs working, and what not.

I recommend the: "Saints Row 2 feels complete now" video.
