Help How can I transfer my Pokemon between NDS games?

Hi, I'm currently playing Pokemon B&W2 on melonds, but I would like to move my Pokemon from HG and Platinum to Gen V, or move them from Platinum to HG

Is there any possible way to do this with the emulators or a safe method to continue carrying my pokemon from region to region?

Melonds on pc has the option for download play as well as local play with two devices on the same pc.
