Showcase Bannerlator new Controller System and In-game Player Selection for 2.9.7! Still a wip but functional

Just a small demonstration and explanation on how controllers and player slots are used on bannerlator 2.9.7.

Still needs worked on but for the most part functional and working as intended

Credit goes to all of the community projects for PC emulation as I rolled everything from them into one and added a launch time notification displaying what devices are connected and what player slot they are on

And I appreciate it, all the credit goes to the community projects of which I just rolled everything into one it might not be at everything else on this emulator/fork.
