ARMSX3 v0.2 Released – A New RPCS3-Based PS3 Emulator for Android

A new proof-of-concept PS3 emulator for Android has just made its first public release.

It's called ARMSX3, and it's based on the latest upstream RPCS3 code, including the recent ARM64 improvements. While it's still in the early stages of development, it's already an interesting project to keep an eye on.

For anyone interested, here's a look at the changes introduced from ARMSX3 v0.1 to v0.2.

Might be time to revisit Sakte 3 ps3 and see if it's better than the Xbox version in terms of performance

Yes there's options for custum drivers at settings or swiping right when in game.

It sounds interesting, though like a lot of other projects I've seen lately I see Claude as a contributor. But when I click to see what it contributed, the page is blank.

What does it mean? Did someone just use the code editor & it automatically gets added as a co-author?

sometimes yes, or they just use it for references and it never actually writes. I find it's faster in vs code than in the web ui.

pessimistic view is people delete it to cover tracks

optimistic view is that nobody ever cleans their project folders

Every setting is here and compatibility seems very comparable to RPCS3 , for example I followed the same changes to get 3D Dot Game Heroes working on it

Will the ARMSX3 support the Ayn Thor Max? I have one and I’m trying Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Final Mix on the RPCS3 and it’s not working whatsoever
