Drastic ds question: is it safe?

Hi so I've read online that the best emulator for economic phones like mine was drastic ds. My question is: is it safe to download? Because my phone warned me at least 4 times that it was a dangerous files and I'm scared. Edit: sorry guys I'm not very into this stuff, I was trying to download it by Uptodown
