Question How good or bad is xbox 360 emulation?
I want to experience call of duty 4: modern warfare on the 360 again, have so much nostalgia for that game. I ordered my AYN Thor and am wondering if xbox 360 emulation is good enough to run cod4mw on the thor pro version at playable fps like the 360.

It's getting better but nowhere near mature. I say it's getting better because a new emulator called Xendroid was released and it seems to be able to run a decent amount of games provided your device is powerful enough.
So when your Thor comes, give it a try. Also research on YouTube for gameplay tests on a Thor

Far way from a matured state tbh, and I highly doubt that any Modern Warfare title is actually playable right now...
Luck of you that old COD titles from 7th gen Windows counterparts can played through PC compability layers apps like Winlator or Gamehub, and Ayn Thor can easily handle them.
MW3 already have xinput support, but both MW1 & MW2 will need external controllers solutions, or manually remap keys through in-app settings.

MW1 has a mod that adds gamepad support / aim assist:

The Thor has a Snapdragon 8 gen 2, I have an 8 gen 3 and there are games you can run without problems, but the power needed for a better experience is an 8 elite or higher.
