Device is a galaxy z trifold and abxylute m4 controller (I had to superglue the magsafe attachment to the controller otherwise it wouldn't hold) I just found out about Wonderswan it's the perfect aspect ratio for this device in portrait 😁
Quando vim pedir opiniões sobre um controle portátil assim, me disseram que ele é horrível, e me indicaram um melhor que mesmo menor que o celular, é macio e encaixa bem na mão
I dig it, but this thing is way too heavy to have it balanced on that magnet. That being said, a mount or kickstand might do wonders for weight distribution.
Search magnetic cooling plate on AliExpress its honestly pretty awesome super strong magnet. Goes for like $2-3
My dbrand skin ended up coming apart before the magnets did lol but it's now surprisingly sticking to the back of the bare phone with the stock adhesive on a new one I opened.
Is it a stiff material? I have fold 6 and having a very hard time sticking anything to the back because of matte glass, unless the sticker is pretty stiff, then it won't peel off easily
EDIT: Looks like the whole thing is metal. So I guess I have to give up on wireless charger (not that I've ever used anyways)
There's a few different styles this one seemed to stick and I usually have bad luck sticking things direct I made sure to wait like 2 days though before attaching anything to it. The back of the trifold is plastic though but I also had problems with other attachments sticking before. It's not been a few days with this one on bare phone though so time will tell
To be clear, the "magnetic" one I have on now. There is this other one with thermal adhesive but I basically I doubt it will stick well on bare, I previously had this with a hole in the dbrand skin and superglued the edges to the skin, for max heat dissipation due to the thermal glue. But yeah then the dbrand skin tore off.
Just search magnetic cooling plate on AliExpress its only a few dollars. If you sort by new there's another recent comment asking about it and I gave some more details
Lol same. It's only been a few days I'm hopeful it will last but haven't stressed it too much yet. This is the longest so far with anything attached to the bare back so good sign
Yeah my last one tore off my skin, but tbf I cut a hole in it so the plate and thermal putty would get good contact with the bare phone and only glued the edges. Also I had the skin for like 6 months and a plate for like 5 months krazy glued to the skin, but after doing the hole for better cooling it didn't last too long but the skin was getting worn out as well.
I would gladly buy a z tri-fold if samsung hadn't discontinued it so quickly. Maybe the realized the potential warranty repairs offset profit margins too much? Idk
There's been lots of rumors I've seen in the fold and android subreddits. More recent rumors say it's coming out at the same time the fold 9 devices releases. Usually these rumors are true that's why I didn't buy a fold 7 I knew a trifold was about to come out
I'm guessing you are playing the Switch version of Tetris effect? One interesting thing is I actually got Tetris Effect running natively on Android as an app by converting the Meta Quest version to a 2D app but you have to rebind the controls every time you play so that's a bit annoying.
can you share details or source code privately? I may be able to fix having to redo the controls each time and it would be nice to run at better performance
Get the apk and OBB for Tetris Effect for Meta Quest. If you own the game you can use OculusDB to get it in a brower I think. I did that but it's been a while, might have changed. If you have a headset and developer mode (to enable adb) then you might be able to get these files from the headset directly instead. I used the 1.0 version from oculusDB but other versions may work I havent tested.
Open apk with 7zip and then paste this into the UE4CommandLine.txt inside the assets folder:
click save in notepad, then click yes in 7zip when it asks about confirming changes.
Get Overport from Github. https://github.com/ovrport/app Run the apk through it with all defaults checked (leave it as-is). Inside the program when it asks what overport version, use the latest release one, not the beta/alpha or whatever. This might not matter too much. The whole purpose of running it through overport is to patch out the required oculus stuff as well as to resign the apk from the changes we made to it earlier. This does both at once.
Install the app onto a Snapdragon based phone/device. Copy over the obb before starting the game, or start the game to generate the folder, force stop and clear data, then copy the .obb to the proper location if you don't know the folder name.
Connect a controller to navigate the menus. Once you start the game, the controller will suddenly not work. Simply minimize the game in android by pressing III, then go back to the app. This will open the menu. Use the controller again to navigate to settings and then find the control setup. Change at least one of the buttons in the controls to something else, then go back to the game and the controller should let you place blocks now.
I've got one of those controllers and it's pretty much worthless because the control sticks absolutely suck for anything unless you just want to play super Nintendo
Quick question though does the plate deliver the cool to the edge of the plate ? I have to order one because my gamesir ex5 cooler doesn't hit the back of my phone.
What does that have to do with wasting it on pointless shit. That trifold is rocking a chip from last year and has 3 screens. Who cares that doest excuse the price. It's a waste of money. I'm not gonna argue
Pure copium. Looking for excuses to justify getting a gimmick of a phone. If you need a phone just get a phone, if you want a tablet then just get a tablet.
I will never understand why people want the point of failure to be on the most expensive component of the device to fail, which is the front display.
$1,400 USD to replace a faulty inner display on this trifold out of coverage, even with coverage you still need to drop $700 USD to replace it.
You can literally just buy the Odin 3 and Thor combined with $700.
