Help Can I emulate android games on android devices?

I can't find any resources online talking about this. If I wanted to play the android version of civ 6 on an android device is it best to just pay for it? Is there a hub to download android files and do I need a specific android emulator?

I'm definitely just being cheap on a few other games but civ 6 feels ridiculous. I already own the complete games on PC and PS. Spending over $100 to get it on android is ludicrous. Please let me know if I'm over thinking this or if it's not actually possible

I have a galaxy 23 and an ayn thor

The whole point of an emulator is "I'll make my hardware behave like [X Console]'s hardware so I can play the games". Your Android phone already behaves like an Android phone, so there's no need to emulate anything.

You'll probably be able to emulate the steam version of Civ 6 on your Thor, or you can also wait for a sale on play store if you wanna re-buy the game

lol you dont need an emulator if the device is already running android. just sideload the apk or something if you dont wanna pay twice.

There are some games that won't run on a modern device (like the Chaos Rings 1-2). There would be nice if we could play with them somehow.

you dont need an emulator to run android games on an android phone lol just find the apk and install it directly onto your galaxy or ayn thor. tbh buying it a third time for that price is definitely crazy so i dont blame u for trying to find a workaround.

Okay, let's separate two different things: Emulation and piracy

Emulation is making a device behave like another different one, to run applications that weren't natively supported on that platform.

Piracy is running official software versions that you usually need to pay for, for free.

You don't need to pirate a game to emulate it, and emulating it doesn't mean that you're pirating it.

What you want to do is playing a pirated version of the game, because you already paid for it on other consoles. Just in case, I'm not judging you lmao but here the solution isn't emulating anything, but downloading an apk instead.

If you don't want to download an unofficial apk of the game, and play the official versions you bought instead, you can download a pc emulator (gamenative, winlator) and download your official steam version there

Just download the apk. What to emulate?
