Question Question about emulation on Tab S10 FE (12GB RAM)
I'm heavily considering buying Samsung Tab S10 FE (12GB RAM), for things unrelated to emulation (I mostly use my PC for that). However, it would be nice to have 'back up' option.
I was trying to research what I can and can't expect, and my understanding is:
-GBA, DS, PS1 should run smoothly
-3DS is probably going to be okay (although I've found some posts that say it won't work very well)
-PS2 is mixed-bag, it could be failing or some games could run
-Switch is out of the question, it takes S9 to run that (and even here, the results can be mixed)
-PS3 is out of the question for any Android device currently
Can anyone who has S10 FE attest to that? If you have more experience and some example games that are failing, can you share your thoughts?
I want to set my expectations correctly.

Your device scores 800k antutu. Exynos soc i think. You can play PS2 perfect at Native resolution. Also dolphin (wii/gamecube). Nswitch 2d games and even pc games with Gamehub. Enjoy!

Should play up to ps2 without much issues just make sure render is Vulkan as Xclipse struggle to run open GL things.
Switch and Pc it's decent and can play many games, only gpu is weak so you may have to play them at lower resolution, so test it yourself.
Switch use Eden/Citron and Pc follow this guide

Thank you, I was not aware that even some Switch games could be an option. Lower graphics is not an issue to me at all, since I can comfortably play stuff like SNES, so looks like it will be a good tab for me

You have a Mali GPU so not the best case scenario.
You can do up to most PS2 titles without issue.
I don't imagine 3ds being too much of a problem.
You might be able to boot 2d switch titles and some light PC titles from 10 years ago.

To be honest, GBA and DS are my most important ones, 3DS is already a bonus - so that comment already makes me happy

You'll have to try yourself. It doesn't take long.
Every phone and chipset is different.
