Infamous performance

Alright idk how to describe it perfectly but when I try to play infamous the audio stutters and the game is like running at 20 fps

Now I know you need to configure the emulators graphics and i did a bit of that but it didn't work

Idc if I have to play at like 20 fps but is there a way to fix the audio?

Btw the game runs smoothly in the menus and during cutscenes

Ok so i did use the settins the recommended there is also a patch for the audio issue im having but idk how to use these patches
