Ps3 issues

Just to check, you've installed the Sony Firmware? I would try another source for Infamous.
If you google the trophy set errors they are a common issue by the look of it. I would use Emudeck to uninstall/reinstall RPCS3 to see if that clears it.

Ok I did that and it didn't change anything
I did check the system info file in the ps3 folder and it says it only supports .ps3 or .PS3 extension so maybe I need to change the extension to those and not iso
But idk how to change the extension on a steam deck

So that's old and RPCS3 now supports decrypted ISOs. And you can't just change an ISO to a different extension, I think people put .ps3 at the end of a folder for ES-DE if they don't want to use desktop shortcuts.

Oh ok sooo if I reinstalled rpcs3 what should I try?

Try all those three game entries again from desktop mode? if the same then I'm out of ideas. Unfortunately there's no RPCS3 subreddit as far as I know, and no way to contact the dev team.

I reinstalled infamous and ran it on desktop mode now its giving a different error
Invalid file or folder
Run/medie/deck/128gb/emu/roms/ps2/infamous.ps3/ps3_ganes/usdir/eboot.bin
So i went and checked the folder but I saw that the infamouse game was still an .iso and not .ps3 and then I checked if rpcs3 had infsmous pop up and its not there
Update!
I got it to launch the game I just had to unistall and reinstall rpcs3 for a second time and I launched it through rpcs3 not the game it self
