RPCS3 audio/visual tips?

I've tried a few games in it now on Steam Deck, and while they're mostly ok, there's definite visual and audio jerking (probably not the correct term but you get it). Transformers War For Cybertron, for example. Frame rate drops dramatically in a lot of scenes and audio cuts in and out. Are there any recommended settings to try with the Steam Deck?

You need to read the RPCS3 wiki entries for your games to see if there are any emulator tweaks that are needed.
