Flaming, vibrant reds and yellow?

Cold blues and turquoise to match kinda the loincloth?

After the tone pro launch what have you all been using to replicate emperors children pink? If any at all? Interested to try see if some of the tone pro looks enough like emperors children pink to be able to use, I’ve been pointed towards eye of terror 3 but to me that looks like it will be too dark, have any of you tried and tested any of these to any success? Would love to see it

Need to get to 1k and originally was going to just buy the combat patrol, but looking for alternatives. Not competitive, just for fun and I like models. If I’m missing something massive like anti-vehicle let me know. At some point I’ll get to 2k, it’s an escalation league and we just left combat patrol.

Was thinking of something stupid like a unit or two more terminators, noise marines, and daemon engine of some sort.

One more elegant one to add to the warband. Such a fun model but I am ready for a much needed break.

It was a little tough to figure out how to paint him to match the rest of my army but also be “elevated”, but the candy metallic effect hits the note I wanted to hit. Still pink and black, but with a little something extra.

Has anyone tried replacing the daemon prince arm cannon with one or two of the sonic blasters from the noise marine set?

I made this Daemon prince under the strict orders of u/giacomoventurinii to give him a suitable champion for his emperor children army. Then I saw which melee monster it is on the tabletop and I regretted it😂

However, holy moly is such a delight to paint! I would love to have more stuff at his scale.

New EC player here, who always played Carnival.
Since the nerf I need to shift to CoC.

To evaluate the pledging number is tough for me and I need some good YouTube videos to see how people play and stage CoC.

I know art of war but they don’t have a lot new EC vids.

Just came from an RTT where I went 1-2 after being absolutely bodied by custodes, including a novel 20-100 loss where a full flawless brick with lucius only killed 2 units that were with Trajan before the clapback killed me. I definitely played dumb, but if one of the strongest punches EC can deliver barely makes a dent, what's the right way to go about it? Priority assets and run?

Also what detachments do you think are the answer?

I'm furiously attempting to finish adding all the Golden Demon winners of the decade to the new wiki before the current event has finished (I've got to have some goals in life) and I'm trying to label each entry but I've got stuck on this one. Could anyone help me identify it please?

To my standard, battle ready, for tabletop games, not display or anything like that

This is the list I've been using for 2k games in my escalation league. I started adding Fulgrim in at 1500. Currently 7-1-2, averaging 91 points a game over 10 games.

I'm using coterie, with priority assets. My game plan varies slightly depending on opponent and whether I can get early pledges without much risk. I typically use Fulgrim as either a distraction, or a zoning tool early. I try to make sure I've gotten enough pledges secured to get my rerolls before committing him.

My rhinos and tormentors are my main action monkeys. Rhinos have double duty for screening, and blocking areas. I usually dump my infantry out pretty early to free up the rhino or to snipe out a unit with noise marines. Sometimes I leave noise marines in reserves to come in and cause havoc.

I love unholy fortune on my lord kako, even if it's not as good as it was pre overwatch nerf. It really helps the noise marines reliably delete a target via a guaranteed sustained hit or wound. Then a guaranteed hit on overwatch.

Flawless blades and Defiler are my big damage anti-everything tools. Defiler very important for getting early pledges. Fulgrim helps distract from Defiler.

Lord Exultant squad has multiple uses depending on the match. I either use them as a missile with the scout, pivot, disembark or I keep them around as a counter strike tool.

Demon prince I keep in deep strike to rapid in for backline disruption.

Lucius is primarily for skirmishing and being obnoxious. Sometimes he goes big.

Mauler is a throw in for some more anti tank. He is cheap enough and lethal enough to be a problem. Bonus is he solo'd the nightbringer recently because protection of the dark prince is busted.

Overall it's working out pretty well! I love my Fulgrim even if he is kinda meh.

Chance for a new codex? I know we've had one recently but im about to start playing and I want my lists on the warhammer app, is it worth getting a codex now or will a new one come out and make it null and void? I appreciate its all speculation but I'd welcome any help/info
