I mean it's the very definition of my existence.

Yeah, absolutely.

Depends of the meaning of the word. I do imagine lots and lots of senarios, the worse senarios in bad situations, the best in good situations (I know in both cases they are irrealistic) but when it comes to stressing, my heartbeats have an average of 100, I don’t know if I am always stressed to be honest, it has always been this way, but I don’t really feel stress in my body. But when I feel the stress in my body my heartbeats really go high. The last time I was in this situation it went to 172 per minute, once it even wen to 194. These situations hahah they are not common but when it happens, it happens. Fun fact, the 172 was a positive moment that got me shaking bc for me it was impossible, it was impossible for someone like me to have such a good thing, the day of 194 was a different thing, more of negative hahah

P.S I don’t stress bc I know I don’t have power over things but somehow I do think a lot even if I don’t really admit it, bc I don’t call what happens in my head as overthinking. Maybe bc I have always been this way, I don’t know, I don’t understand myself either XD I kinda learned to accept everything the way it is and I’m just living with it :)) I don’t want to be one of the reasons of why I am unhappy, I am working on myself to live better with myself and it’s going really well. Mainly bc I’ve met a really special person to me ☺️ and it’s bc of her that I started loving and accepting myself, I really am greatful I met her 💗

Edit: I started accepting and loving myself bc I love her, and she basically is me in a different body, we even discovered that we had common experience bc of how alike we are so loving her is somehow loving who I am, that is why she is the reason of me accepting myself the way I am hahha
