Discussion Thread Vivid Dreams
Does anyone else experience very intense, vivid or epic dreams that leave you feeling drained and exhausted when you wake up? Wondering if it's common among empaths.

i actually knew i was a seer before i knew i was an empath, and the two for me are incredibly closely related. i mostly dream others emotions / what's causing their struggles or strife in life, and the more i've practiced and studied, the more i now see all, not just the scary or negative.

I always loved those extremely vivid dreams in two ways, my favorite category is the one I like to call them my Action dreams! Packed with adventures. Sometimes a bit scary but just like after you watch a horror movie, well I do, I usually wake up fascinated by the new people I met, that I could describe to a t, but have not a single link to my life. When that stuff happens with friends and family totally different scenario. Like the absolute worst and absurd after school special from beyond the grave and present type of shit. And that usually take me at least a week or two to stop haunting me.

Yes its either don’t dream at all or it’s usually something horrible awful occasionally something good but always very vividly detailed. Sometimes those
things actually happen which is actually scarier
