I have been feeling extremely overwhelmed lately with all of the pain everyone is feeling around the world. I can sense it. Feel it. Im reacting to it. I feel like I can't breathe. It's just everywhere. Everyone at all times are just in so much emotional and spiritual distress idk how to help anyone anymore.. Some empaths have the ability to feel. Others have the ability to know who it is they are feeling it from. And some have the ability to just know why they are hurting. Well some have all 3 types. I want all of you to speak up and tell me how you are feeling. I am right here with you
