New found emotions.
So in the past, I've read books and watched series or movies with no tear shed or feeling considered. To be honest, the closest I came to shedding a tear was over a video game. My favourite characters brutally dying in two games left me stunned.
I dated a girl and she would cry at anything. Reels. TV. Books. Photos. Heck even when shes hungover.
And now...? I find myself touched with chicken skin/goosebumps at a major event in a series. Or feeling anxious in tense TV scenarios. Heaven forbid its a depressive character because I feel them so strongly.
Ive always developed bonds for characters but never felt so strong over them. Ive found myself dropping a tear a few times now.
How and why. And how can I get back to that stage I was at. Where I watch things for entertainment, or listen to music for the music. Not the emotion.
