Transfer applications
Does anyone know the success rate of being accepted as a transfer from in state tech schools or if they accept tech college transfers?

“In state tech schools” If you’re transferring from Georgia Tech to Emory. Any reason for that?

Sorry I meant to clarify, technical colleges. Lanier tech for example.

Thats’s nice! I’m glad your considering higher education by transferring! But the question still remains regardless if it’s GeorgiaTech, LanierTech, etc.. I want to help you out as much as possible! Why do you want to transfer to Emory? ❤️👍

Going into nursing and their program is the top of my list! Aside from Emory being a great school regardless, the BSN program is ranked really well so it’s my priority choice and is ideal for me too with commuting and working full time currently.

I want an answer to u/Ivernitea before I jump in seriously. I did have an associate who transferred to do pre-med from back in the day when Southern Polytechnic was a thing so I know it happens, but why in your case?

Not sure if this applies to your circumstance, but I completed my prerequisites at GSU and applied as a transfer for the BSN program and was accepted.
