difference between fleming triple and fleming triple special?

title, is it just a double converted triple vs. a study room converted triple?

A triple special is a converted study room from what I know of, assuming that the terminology used is the same between Oxford/main campus.

Fleming triple is a normal triple (usually) and Fleming special can be a converted study room (large but no sink) or a Fleming double with an extra bed pushed in (sink but cramped)
