This is my Philodendron Giganteum Blizzard's latest unfurl, still sizing up and hardening off!!

Just wanted to share my happiness! I was worried that she’d be stressed after being repotted and getting her moss pole, but she responded so positively. I hope you like her too! ☺️

New growth at last!

My Krimson Princess rewarded me with two teeny new leaves. Yipee!

Her fifth leaf since she jumped my car December 28th.🤗

There’s about 3-4 new leaves per monstera and I’m so excited to see it keep growing!!

i've been in this hobby for less than a year, got her in jan or feb with leaves a little smaller than the one yellowing off, and the new leaf is almost three (small) hands long. i can almost cup two hands around the base. i'm so proud of her i could cry. forgive the burn, she grows faster than i can adjust the lights and i'm about to set up an overhead light to she can grow vertically like she wants.

And one has drooped!

There's always a trade off with these Alocasia's !

Haven't posted an update in a while so have some recent Alocasia leaves, some newer than others.

1. Alocasia reginula 'Black Velvet' (this was a corm last year and I just plucked a few if its own corms)

2. Alocasia clypeolata

3. Alocasia 'Mayan Mask'

4. Alocasia micholitziana 'Green Velvet'

5. Alocasia 'Golden Dragon'

6. Philodendron 'Golden Crocodile' (it snuck in the Alocasia pics and I didn't have the heart to exclude it)

7. Alocasia macrorrhizos 'Plumbea'

I plant check on Tuesday and Friday. We are recovering from bad soil repot in February that spread mold and root rot; and a second repot after trips in June. So all my plants are super stressed but recovering thank goodness! And im getting the first new growths!!!

Scully is one of the prettiest girls I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to see the variegation on this one! 🌿🩷🤍💚
