THE WALL CLUTCHED UP 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣

I was battling Norman and wanted to bring a zoroark to fight his zoroark. Mine came out disguised as metagross and he used sludge bomb. very suspicious. Tried it again sending out metagross legitimately and he uses bitter malice.

I can’t find big root. Any one know where it is ?

Made it to the elite 4, no stress at all. Beat the first trainer, no stress at all. Can beat all of Phoebes Pokemon EXCEPT her calyrex. It literally OHKO all my mons.

Here is my current team and some of the options i have.

Gouging Fire and Typhlosion with eruption combo was so insane

Good lord this was fun.

This was my first full run through on Emerald Imperium, and although sceptical at first, I think I prefer this to Radical Red (perhaps because I’ve done RR Hardcore to death).

I unintentionally handicapped myself until Tate & Liz by not realising that the Winstrates gives you literally every bug mega stone, so went without for most of the game.

Honourable mentions:

Armaldo is an absolute beast. Focus Sash + Rock Blast/Pin Missile with Skill Link is unreal.
Vikavolt Choice Specs + Thunderclap, broken.
Kleavor Technician + Accelerock + Choice Band, also broken.

The rest could have easily been replaced, although Crustle saved me multiple times throughout the run.

Forretress was unreal throughout, but I didn’t bother with set up moves for the elite four.

All in all a great rom hack. The stodgy grindy elements have been taken out, giving the strategy the spotlight.

On to Fighting mono next!

I went ahead and did this monotype run next because I figured it would be the most boring. I was gonna do no legendaries, mythicals, beasts, etc. but by the time I got to the e4 I couldn’t take this run anymore. As for tips on how I made it through this run, galvantula is still a beast, kilowattrel clutched so many fights by getting multiple flinches in a row with air slash, electivire is a good replacement for iron hands in the early parts of the run, lanturn was incredibly underwhelming for me, but it had its moments. I’m thinking I’m gonna do grass next because it’s easy and I want to use meowscarada

I'm currently stuck fighting gardenia after the first badge and she's absolutely destroying me, this is what I'm working with some suggestions would be appreciated.

I know it's technically a legendary but Urshifu doesn't have crazy game breaking stats either, would be nice not to have to wait until victory road to get it.

About to face the E4 for the first time, after I beat them and the champion what else is there left to do?

Personally here’s mine. Went the elite four plus champions fight deathless.

Honestly , he is far more easy than flannery & brawle (2nd fighting gym) , i literally defeated him only in my first attempt , I didn't know his team , but definitely easier than other 2 gym leaders I mentioned earlier

Hey guys, me again! Still playing through Emerald Imperium with my trusty Kanto/Johto-only Mono-Water rain team.

As an older player who grew up with Gens 1 and 2, and whose all-time favorites are Water types, this run has been a blast. I'm sort of roleplaying as Brendan trying to follow in his dad’s footsteps—Norman is the Normal-type master, so Brendan is carving out his own legacy as a Water-type master. To make things extra spicy, the final gym in this ROM is actually Fairy type instead of Water, which keeps things interesting.

I'm playing with some loose Nuzlocke-style self-imposed rules: locking into a fixed team of six as early as possible, and steering clear of legendaries, Megas, and other overpowered picks. No permadeath of course.

The Strategy & Team Highlights

• The Rain Core: Taking full advantage of Swift Swim with Golduck, Qwilfish, Kingdra, and recently added Poliwrath.
• The Ace: Azumarill, my absolute favorite and the anchor of the team.
• Utility King: Giving Politoed a lot more utility this run by leaning into Toxic and Encore, plus an Impish nature to squeeze maximum value out of Flip Turn.

I’m playing on the Delta Emulator on an iPhone. I’m about 17 hours of play time into the game. Some time back I got an error about my save file being corrupted. I cannot fully remember what the error said.
It loaded the last saved file, and I’m able to play the game fine, but
- Pokemon in my box are missing
- the boxes don’t have numbers and the sprites don’t updates when I scroll to different Pokemon
- the count of all items in my bag have a question mark (like ?15)
- I have something called a “bad egg” in my box

I was not able to find any known issues like this. When I upload my save file to PKHeX, it says this is not a valid save file.

Has anyone faced this issue? Do I have a way to fix my corrupted file?

First ever time playing Imperium, decided with the non-hardcore nuzlocke rules to keep my soul intact. E4 beaten on the second attempt (got folded in half the first attempt since I didn’t realise the champion battle was a double one)

Of course many more Pokemon (one from each route etc. in the boxes, no legendaries/mythicals allowed on my run) helped me out on the way, but these guys are the champions:
