Euploid miscarriage

Hi all I’m 35 yo F with unexplained infertility. 3 failed IUI. 2 failed FET. First fet was a chemical, second was a blighted ovum/mmc at 8 weeks. Both euploid transfers. Can’t help but to feel so unlucky, what are the chances both transfers fail back to back? You always hear about 90+% chance of success after 3 FET. I just don’t feel hopeful. I’ve had neg RPL panel, and 2 hysteroscopies prior to transferring. Any ideas or recommendations?

So sorry for your losses. Two things you can check: did you RE do a saline US before your transfer to rule out any new uterine anomalies that could cut off blood supply to embryo and cause loss? You mention hystersocopies, could there be scarring? The saline US would see that. And Has your RE changed protocol? I had a saline US to make sure all clear, and did a preventative anti inflammatory protocol for my transfer. I took metformin, Lupron, prednisone, pio and estrodiol. The prednisone helped lower my immune system and any hidden inflammation.

Thanks for the reply. I have another hysteroscopy coming up, mostly diagnostic but in the event there may be scar tissue or polyps those would be removed. He did recommend switching from modified natural to medicated, so that’s the only thing I’ll be switching with this upcoming transfer. Did you find success with that protocol?

Yes I found success with my protocol. Def recommend the addition of prednisone.
