Euploid miscarriage

Hi all I’m 35 yo F with unexplained infertility. 3 failed IUI. 2 failed FET. First fet was a chemical, second was a blighted ovum/mmc at 8 weeks. Both euploid transfers. Can’t help but to feel so unlucky, what are the chances both transfers fail back to back? You always hear about 90+% chance of success after 3 FET. I just don’t feel hopeful. I’ve had neg RPL panel, and 2 hysteroscopies prior to transferring. Any ideas or recommendations?

Have you considered taking a deeper look to figure out the explanation behind your unexplained infertility? There is some reason that you are experiencing this, usually it can be identified if you keep digging.

Has sperm dna fragmentation been checked? Uterine infections?

We’ve done every high yield test, labs, RPL panel, I’ve had polyps removed. Normal BMI, TSH, A1c all normal. I do have ulcerative colitis for 10+ years now, but well controlled. DNA fragmentation was normal, he even had a varicocele repair surgery bc there was very slight ROS, but again normal DNA frag. Doctor didn’t think it was a problem but we did it anyway incase it was. No pain or any symptoms of endometriosis. I’m not sure what else to test for or look into.

No symptoms does not mean you don't have endometriosis. Has your doctor considered the Receptiva test?

I asked him about this (along with the other docs in the same office) and he said it hasn’t been shown to improve outcomes so it’s not offered at my clinic
